Okay, so, here's the WIP of a Little Mermaid pic I started after seeing the musical's world premiere in Denver in September. My friend :iconsnowtato: has been doing some clean-up on the characters in the lineart, because it was MUY messy from all of my pencil smudges and what have you. Once she's done with that, though (if you look at Ariel, I'm sure you can see where she'll be needing work), she'll be coloring it, which will be amazing, I'm sure!

So, yeah... Little Mermaid. Download for the full size, it's a friggin' huge file. But... yeah. Comments and critique are welcome.

Ohhh! Fabulous lineart. The crusty sea-floor look works wonderfully, and I would LOVE to see this colored.

"Poor Unfortunate Souls" is probably my favorite Disney villain song. You know Ursula's character design was based off of a drag queen?

WOW! the details are really great, i love the background/setting! ursula looks great, as does ariel- and eric^^
was the show good? i'm still really iffy on how it will be..

Thank you! I'm glad you like all the details!

And I personally loved the show. There were a few kinks here and there that needed to be fixed of course, but that's what the Broadway previews are for, and while the lack of the Vanessa part was disappointing, it was still very good.
